Grandma Cory’s X-mas Nut Thin Cookies. January 5th, 2016. Rich and Tyler’s Grandma used to make these along with Thumbprint and Snowball cookies every year. These were always my favorite as they spread out when baked and become a buttery nutty crisp thin cookie. 1 1/2 c Flour. 1 c chopped Pecans. 1 1/2 tsp Salt. In a wok, pour oil and add cumin seed, dried chili, onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry till soft and add tomato. Add the boiled and peeled quail eggs, then add curry powder, chili powder and salt.
