We have this thing in Finland called vappu (first of may/may day) and because of that we made some doughnuts (vappumunkki). Here is the recipe, enjoy! 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp vanilla sugar. 250 g milk curd. 2 tbsp orange juice. 2 tsp orange peel. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add melted butter, yogurt, egg, orange juice and grated peel in to the dry ingredients. Mix them quickly to the batter.
