Hehetenang.kita punya resepnya.asli khas makassar.Di indonesia, makan ini terbilang unik.karena bahannya yang terbuat dari iga sapi.( kenapa mesti iga yah? Hehe)oke deh ini dia. 2 kg iga sapi. 2 sdt merica halus. 2 sdt ketumbar halus. 1/2 kg kacang tanah. Rebus iga sapi hingga dagingnya empuk, lalu angkat dan sisihkan. Goreng kacang tanah hingga matang, kemudian haluskan dan sisihkan. Angkat setelah matang dan sajikan dengan nasi atau ketupat.

Nasi goring bakso sapi. 1 siung bawang putih. 2 buah cabai merah, dihaluskan. 1 sdm pasta tomat/ saus tomat. 1 batang daun bawang. 100 gr daging ayam, dipotong dadu kecil-kecil. 50 gram udang, dikupas. 1 sdm minyak goring. 2 sdm minyak wijen. Merica bubuk sesuai selera. Panaskan minyak goring dan minyak wijen, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah dan cabai merah sampai harum baunya.
