Welcome to Chewy's World!: One Year Later...
http://feedchewy.blogspot.com/2011/12/one-year-later.html
Welcome to Chewy's World! Saturday, December 10, 2011. Ahhhthe infamous yearly Vegas trip. Two years ago it was booked and I was ready to go only to find out I was pregnant 1.5 weeks before! A lot of people attribute the “post-baby athletic success” to something physiological like larger blood flow and oxygen delivery etc. I care to disagree. I attribute it to learning how to be tough as nails. Firstly, you deliver a baby, which is harder than anything.EVER! Ok, on to the race. Firstly, Vegas was mor...

Welcome to Chewy's World!: 3 weeks!
http://feedchewy.blogspot.com/2010/08/3-weeks.html
Welcome to Chewy's World! Monday, August 23, 2010. My daughter is precious. I am sure every mom can say this about their child…But, I like to think that Emma is the exception. She is exceptional at eating, pooping and making those great grunting noises. She even dances to AC/DC; or at least that is what her father tells me. I am sure she is always smiling at me when I hold her (it has nothing to do with the giant crap she is taking). Emma is wonderful! Second, “Ladies Night”! Friday I went out with a bun...

Welcome to Chewy's World!: December 2010
http://feedchewy.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Welcome to Chewy's World! Monday, December 6, 2010. Wow…3 weeks turns into 4 months! How time flies. Truth be told I know I have been absent from blogging and every day I can think of things to blog about but then I realize that there is not 30 hours in the day. Since I have the time now I thought I would catch everyone up. How did I magically make the time? Well, I went to Vegas! Yes, that is right; I am in Sin City BY MYSELF! Only 20 minutes at most; and when she falls asleep during the day she fights ...

Welcome to Chewy's World!: August 2009
http://feedchewy.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Welcome to Chewy's World! Sunday, August 23, 2009. It's getting hot in here! It has been HOT, HOT, HOT in Boulder! I think I am noticing it a wee bit more because our air conditioning is out-of-order for the time being and the office is a sauna. Not a problem, I think of it as a “detox”, where I sweat out all my bodily toxins (nothing to do with wine). Last “BIG” weekend (actually, just one day) before starting the “taper” for Wisconsin. I have healed MUCH faster than anticipated so I am a happy camper.

Welcome to Chewy's World!: January 2010
http://feedchewy.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Welcome to Chewy's World! Monday, January 25, 2010. Yes the Menvielle household is growing….although it’s just my belly at the moment. So how did I get myself into this predicament other than the obvious? Plenty of time for another degree…and just because I am cheap and don’t want to go into debt, I plan on doing the 8 year MD/PhD program…heck, what’s another PhD? Oh wait…I am pregnant…how did I get to going back to school for 8 years? This is not just my decision, this is a family decision. Perhaps ...

Welcome to Chewy's World! Monday, May 31, 2010. Emma's 1st Bolder Boulder. I was going to write about my balcony garden success, but then it hailed the other night and I am still assessing the damage.so, I thought I would write about the Bolder Boulder that Gregory, Emma and I ran today! I have another Bolder Boulder under the belt. This one I can classify as a huge success! 2 I did not pee in my shorts. 3 I did not go into labor. Is no easy task! There are so many things you need to worry about! The fir...

Welcome to Chewy's World!: The powerful combination of Green Gummi Bears and Ambien
http://feedchewy.blogspot.com/2010/07/powerful-combination-of-green-gummi.html
Welcome to Chewy's World! Thursday, July 22, 2010. The powerful combination of Green Gummi Bears and Ambien. I am hungover….really, I am. I’m on the juice, the Ambien juice that is. Doctors offered me morphine, but I am just not into that harder stuff. Woke up from a 4 hour induced sleep and am feeling really groovy…. So what exactly has been going on? Other than I have banished myself to crochet island? My newest project: Baby Mittens! So, for all of you wondering “what’s next”…w...I don’t even kn...

Welcome to Chewy's World! Wednesday, October 21, 2009. The Great Pumpkin Adventure! Ok, I know it has been FOREVER since I have posted. To be honest, I have no excuse. I am not training, I am sleeping a lot, I am enjoying life! I am your web-lady! Gregory and I did go to one of my best friends wedding a few weeks back in Chicago, which was fabulous! On the training front, it is not non-existent, but almost! Actually, I am very impressed with Gregory; he always downplays his biking strength, but now he is...
