Friday, May 31, 2013. Running Couple: Training with the a Reluctant Runner. 10K in Albuquerque back in 2011 when he was training. The Color Run 2013 had not been hardly training. This past Sunday, hubby and I drove to Baltimore, MD to run the 2015 Kelly St. Patrick's Day Shamrock 5k. This was our 5th year running it. It is one of my favorite races of the year and I look forward to it each year. We did the half mile run/1 minute walk and it went well. Afterwards we tried to get into the post-race party at Power Point Live! Sadly, it is way.

Between running around the lab, chasing after my toddler, trying oh so hard to workout, my feet are beat! They are tired, they are dry, they are tender. They beg me for a vacation. And I feel like that might be a really good question, but a better question is:. As a runner, when do you feel like you have won? When I finally ran my first mile straight through, I won.
