Hand-writing a letter to your lost child is an excellent first step toward healing. When you write a letter, there is a process that occurs that enables you to express pure emotions and feel closer to your child. Even if the loss occurred years ago many report writing a letter to be very beneficial. We encourage you to write a letter and if you wish you can post it here.
