نگفتمت مرو آنجا که آشنات منم؟ درین سراب فنا چشمهی حیات منم؟ معروف به ه.الف سایه. متخلص به سایه و موسیقیپژوه. او در 6 اسفند 1306. متولد شد و پدرش آقاخان ابتهاج. از مردان سرشناس رشت و مدتی رئیس بیمارستان پورسینای این شهر بود. ابتهاج سرپرست برنامه گلها در رادیوی ایران. پس از کناره گیری داوود پیرنیا. و پایهگذار برنامه موسیقایی گلچین هفته بود.تعدادی از غزلهای او توسط خوانندگان ترانه اجرا شدهاست. ابتهاج در جوانی دلباخته دختری ارمنی. در گوش من فسانه دلدادگی مخوان! دیگر ز من ترانه شوریدگی مخواه! عشق من و تو؟
