Total training time: 12:38. Tip of the week. If you suffer from injuries, spend the time and money doing your research. In the long run you will increase your longevity in the sport of your choice and also increase the time you need to train consistently to see big performance improvements. I picked this injury up in the lead up to IMWA04 and no almost 18months later it has come back to haunt me again. Swim 3km 1hr. 6-150 drill/kick/swim. 12-50 on 55,50,45,60. 8-200 on 3:15. Fluro's Ironman Training (FIT). Face your fears live your dreams. Wednesday, September 14, 2005. New Record. Mt Keira climb. New record. Mt Keira Time Trial. I broke the record this morning. My time was 18:51. The previous record was 19:05 (ie cycle2max.com). I did a PB by 24 seconds. I'm rapped with the result. Conditions weren't ideal. There was a strong westerly wind blowing which made the first 1/2 of the climb tough and also a few of the switchbacks were quite exposed. Sunday, September 11, 2005.
