Archive for July 2015. On: July 22, 2015. My weight, as of Sunday, is 206 lbs. Which means I’m down 3 lbs in 2 weeks. I’ll take it. It’s better than a gain, right? I’m really hoping that the new thyroid dosage helps my energy levels since I’m always so tired and don’t feel like working out. But it’ll take a few weeks to see any changes. Today, Lola (my 12 yr old) and I did go walking, only 1.12 miles, but hey, you gotta (re)start somewhere, right? Couldn’t quite quit cold turkey…. On: July 16, 2015.

It’s almost Shamrock weekend again! The Shamrock Half Marathon is 4 days away! Also in exciting news this weekend, for the very first time, and also doing it Shamrock style, my 9 yr old daughter Lola will be completing her first race! Her race is on Saturday, mine is on Sunday. Archive for August 2013. Gone too far…. On: August 3, 2013. I haven’t updated in awhile. Things haven’t been going so great fitness/weight/running-wise. I’ve let things go. I’ve messed up. And I’m very upset with myself. I weighed myself today and I can say I am truly disappointed with myself for letting it get like this. I won’t say what my exact weight is, but I’m not that far from my all time highest weight. I’m pretty pissed off at myself, actually. It’s very frustrating…. Life Coaching With Raion.

This race was far different from any other race I've ever toed the line of in my life. There was no expectation, no stress, no pressure. The only goal for the day was to lay the demons of my marathons past. In our 28 years of life, D and I have known each other for over 15 of those years. The first 3 of those years were as friends,.
