Residential Treatment Admission Criteria. Appropriateness for admission is determined by substance abuse assessment completed no more than 30 days prior, completion of all screening tools, and an interview with intake coordinator. Must be adults age 18 and older. Must provide proof of residency along with proof of income. Licensed Substance Abuse Associates (LSAA). Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Four Winds Recovery Center contracts with Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) who serves as medical director and prescribing Psychologist who provides diagnostic and medication management services for clients with co-occurring mental health disorders.

We traveled 15,600 kilometers = 9,693.84 miles. We used 4443.693 liters of gas or 977.495 gallons. Gas cost $4,557.31 which averages at about $1.003 per liter.
