The Center can assist adults, seniors, and disabled individuals with a wide variety of referrals and connect clients with the proper Kern County agency for information on Social Security and SSDI, In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), elder abuse claims, caregiver support, and CalFresh/Food Stamps.
