Recent, Current and Future Events. Not 3D structural psychidelogy. This is the latest ( ninth) in the “not 3D” print series. It differs from the previous two members by having a less graphically busy, possibly more classically abstract, appearance. The printing dimensions and edition details are as usual – see the preamble to the general print section. 91; andrew greaves. January 10th, 2012. Filed in digital prints. Not 3D HH would like these: part one. 91; andrew greaves. January 10th, 2012.

Recent, Current and Future Events. As with the majority of my digital movies ‘togettarget’ is an abstract study containing virtual forms moving formally and having a precise relationship to each other – rather like a dance sequence. Their appearance has evolved from a long relationship making material forms of a similar nature in my pre-digital days as an artist. Whilst they do not have an obvious narrative it is almost impossible for an viewer to not make up their own scenario. 91; andrew greaves.

Recent, Current and Future Events. During the late 80s I had been following the exhibitions and work of Unit 7 Gallery run by Nicola Oxley and Nicolas de Oliviera. In 1990 they moved to 33 Great Sutton Street, London EC1 and with the addition of Michael Petry opened as the Museum of Installation (M.O.I.) which was a unique showing space dedicated to site specific work. Visual references to these two exhibitions are on the following pages. 91; andrew greaves. October 22nd, 2012.

Recent, Current and Future Events. Not 3D cone-ical evolution: part 1. This is the first of a mini series using virtual 3D technology “incorrectly”. The title is an amalgamation of conical and clone (in case it appears confusing) and is an attempt to describe, or give access to, the visual content of the images. By “tweaking” the technology of 3D image making the resultant images hint at, but do not fulfill, the experience of 3D viewing. 91; andrew greaves. December 24th, 2010. Filed in digital prints.

Recent, Current and Future Events. Introduction to the digital print section. Please read this before looking at the images of the prints. Especially if you are contemplating buying one. More information about the imagery of the series can be found on the Movie section of the site if it is derived from a movie although they are independent pieces. The very early images can only be printed to smaller size than the later ones but the overall quality is exactly the same. Thank you for reading this. Filed in...

Recent, Current and Future Events. Not 3D flotsam and jetsam. This is the seventh in the “not 3D” series which plays with the technology of 3D imagery without actually making 3D illusions. Visceral like forms dance over of a furry form rather as flies do in the natural environment although much more slowly. There is a also a movie related to this project which is now published on this site. As usual each image is an edition of 25 and will be printed archivally to order. 91; andrew greaves.
