All Roads Lead to Home - Journaling from Planet Earth: December 2008
http://notesfromthewetplanet.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 25, 2008. Alex and I made it to the sandy part of the Great Thar Desert, our final farthest stretching destination, in time to watch the sunset on Christmas Day with a couple of camels and play chase-each-other-in-circles with the sweet village boy who brought us out. And sing great hallelujah hallelujah in the open jeep beneath the full starry sky on the ride back to Jaiselmer. Oh, it's dinner time. Wishing you solstice smiles and Jesus light. Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Is your own...

adventures in the land of the bike-riding, tax-paying, herring-eating blonde people: August 2008
http://igotvisasinmyname.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Adventures in the land of the bike-riding, tax-paying, herring-eating blonde people. Sunday, August 31, 2008. It's been one week since you looked at me. It's official: I have been in Denmark one week. Jetlag is gone, I'm getting lost with less desperation, I have some friends and hearing Danish everywhere no longer overwhelms me. All in all, I think I'm adjusting rather well. It's mostly a tourist attraction, but who doesn't want to go to an amusement park in the middle of a city? In addition to the ride...

Adventures in the land of the bike-riding, tax-paying, herring-eating blonde people. Thursday, June 4, 2009. Isn't this your study-abroad blog? Well, aren't you home now? So, isn't this this obsolete now? Yeah I mean, no. I mean.". This blog was never intended to be interesting to anyone other than my mom and myself. If you enjoyed it, thank you! Positive feedback, while incredibly flattering, has never been my m.o., but it still does wonders for the ego. Now, I'm not panicking (yet? Caveat: The next par...

adventures in the land of the bike-riding, tax-paying, herring-eating blonde people: Hold Up, Wait a Minute
http://igotvisasinmyname.blogspot.com/2008/12/hold-up-wait-minute.html
Adventures in the land of the bike-riding, tax-paying, herring-eating blonde people. Tuesday, December 9, 2008. Hold Up, Wait a Minute. I am a firm believer in the gospel of Willy Wonka. And I quote the Good Book when I say, "so much time, so little to do! Wait, strike that. Reverse it.". My plane leaves Copenhagen airport at 12:20 on the 17th. I have only just now realized how much I need to get done before I leave, so I will be hitting a museum/monument/place of note a day until that time comes. The Pr...
