狂喝痛飲一番吧. 天然的 沒有香精的 沒有色素的 沒有化學添加劑的 好吃的 好看的 才是我要的. 3紅辣椒 4條 切小段(注意辣味.自己調整份量). 4青辣椒 6條 切小段(因為沒有墨西哥辣椒.我用的是台灣青辣椒.是不辣的.所以可以多放點). 5豬絞肉 300克 (當然我知道要放牛絞肉.但是冰箱就是只有豬絞肉啊. 7雪蓮子 1杯 (泡發煮熟的.或是罐頭的.都行). 8布格麥 1杯 (事先清洗後泡水5-10分鐘.你也可以使用燕麥或五穀米替代). 9新鮮百里香與俄力岡草 各一大把切碎它(當然你也可以買乾燥的.各放一大匙.或隨你高興). 3絞肉表面也變成白色後.倒入布格麥與雪蓮子.緊接著將百里香.俄力岡.墨西哥香料.小茴香粉.黑胡椒粗粒.月桂葉與番茄膏加入.翻炒均勻. 4開始加入水去炒.每次加一杯.每次等水分稍稍收掉.再加入另一杯繼續炒. 6煮到適當的稠度後.試一下味道.酌量加鹽調味.我自己是沒有再加鹽了.因為培根與番茄膏.還有牛高湯塊.都是有鹹味的.所以剛剛好. 8呈盤後在淋上一次精純初榨橄欖油.滴上幾滴檸檬汁.口感會更清爽.不過如果沒有的話也是正常.不要特別跑去買. 訂閱: 文章 (Atom).

狂喝痛飲一番吧. 天然的 沒有香精的 沒有色素的 沒有化學添加劑的 好吃的 好看的 才是我要的. 小型魚8條 (去鱗去內臟洗乾淨看妳喜歡吃什麼魚囉.我是用吳郭魚啦大概比手掌小一些 選刺較少的魚種就是了 ). 片(其實很難說.也不 知道你把薑切成多大片的~). 粗粒黑胡椒粉1小匙 (本來是要用整顆沒有磨碎的.但是比較不好買.所以我就用粗顆粒的黑胡椒粉). 辣椒2條切成大段(原本應該要用綠色辣椒.我沒有買.所以就用紅辣教也行啦 ). 水 白醋 2:1 (原本應該要1:1 但是我受不了那太酸.不過如果你不介意.可以用1:1囉). 雞粉 ( 可有可無啦 如果你不喜歡那直接的鹹酸味.就加一些囉~). 米酒 (這就是台式的作法.菲律賓人不加的.我們總是習慣煮魚時加些米酒). 1水 醋 黑胡椒 鹽放進鍋子裡煮到有點小滾了. 3扔進其他所有蔬菜.這時確認一下水份.大該就是跟所有材料一樣高度.加點米酒. 以上所有材料拌勻.封好.放進冰箱一個晚上.就可以食用的. 其實調味就是靠大家自己的飲食習慣去調.有些人喜歡鹹.有些人喜歡甜.有些人喜歡辣. 訂閱: 文章 (Atom). 狂喝痛飲一番吧. 天然的 沒有香精的 沒有色素的 沒有化學添加劑的 好吃的 好看的 才是我要的. 香草精或粉 少許(如果家裡沒有.其實磨一點檸檬皮也是可以取代的喔.只是要增添風味.記得要磨成泥狀.不要刮成絲狀.以免影響擠花的效果). 2奶油 糖粉 鹽打發.記得要打成淡淡黃色的樣子. 4麵粉 香草粉過篩.倒入奶油糊中.用刮刀由底往上翻.然後從上面往下壓的方式.慢慢把粉壓入奶油糊中.如果用香草精或是檸檬皮.都在這時候就要加入.不要等到粉跟奶油都攪好了.才另外加進去.這樣增加的翻攪的次數與時間.就會增加麵糊的筋度.烤起來的餅乾就會太硬不好吃了. 5檢查一下麵糊.不能太乾.如果它會整團離開鋼盆.表示麵糊太硬了.這樣會很難擠花.加點牛奶稀釋它.讓它點有黏刮刀還有鋼盆的感覺.就是很容易可以擠花的狀態了.如果有這樣的第二次攪拌.記得讓麵糊放著鬆弛大約15-20分鍾.烤起來的餅乾才會好吃. 6用星型花嘴由內而外的擠成小花狀.放入烤箱烘烤15分鐘.出爐後不要急著拿起來.餅乾冷了後會變鬆脆.但是要趁熱先移動餅乾在烤盤上的位置.這樣冷卻後才不會黏在烤盤上. 洋蔥 2顆 - 每顆切成四份. 草果 大約10-12顆 - 要敲開.
