Sunday, September 25, 2016. Wir haben die 30'000 km zwar noch nicht ganz voll, aber am Freitag brachte ich den Kürbis trotzdem in Service. Es war gerade gäbig, und ich wollte den K&N Luftfilter und den Rizoma-Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter, schon lange besorgt, verbaut sehen. Ausserdem wars ein Jahr seit dem letzten Service und die KTM erinnerte mich bei jedem Start daran. Wunderschön, so saubere Bremsflüssigkeit. Das alte Zeug war ziemlich bräunlich. Sunday, August 21, 2016. Gestern Mittag war ich auf dem Weg in die Innerschweiz, bei Kollegen eingeladen. Wegen dem hübsch farbigen Wetterradarbild entschloss ich mich, dem Süffel wieder etwas Auslauf zu gönnen. Der V8 röhrte ganz zufrieden. In Sihlbrugg, etwa 500 Meter vor Autobahnanfang, bin ich in einer Autokolonne vor einer Ampel etwas fester auf die Bremse getreten, und plötzlich leuchtete das "Brake"-Licht grellrot, und das ABS-Zeichen gelb, und das Bremspedal hatte übel wenig Druck drauf. Saturday, April 30, 2016. Als beim Süffel das Schalten vergangene Woche schwerfällig wurde dachte ich zuerst an Elektrik und dann an den Automaten, der mittlerweile 230'000 km hinter sich hat. Als mich am Donnerstagabend in der Garage das Bild links begrüsste, und der Raum nach saurem Öl roch, ging die Suche untenrum los. Das Getriebeölleck ist ganz vorne, in den Übergängen der Kühlleitungen. Leitungen ersetzen ist schon mal viel weniger schlimm als eine Automatrevision. Saturday, April 2, 2016.
