I got laid off and am transferring to a new job - I thought there was a 90 day probationary period, is that right? Also I received a pay reduction for an attendance problem. How long does that stay in my file? Our new contract which will go into effect by late summer/early fall will have slightly different language than the current agreement and you should read it carefully.
