Het lijkt wat op stoofvlees en hachee, maar is iets zuurder en zoeter. In elke frituur is wel een portie zuurvlees bij de frieten te bestellen. Freeks BBQ and Bakery. Zaterdag 15 december 2012. Fryske sûkerbôle (Fries suikerbrood). Bûter, brea en griene tsiis, wa't dat net sizze kin is gjin oprjochte Fries". Dat versje kent bijna iedereen wel heel van uit de verte, maar het uitspreken is voor heel veel mensen toch nog moeilijk. Het betekent overigens boter, brood en groene kaas, wie dat niet kan uitspreken is geen oprechte Fries. Gelukkig kunnen we wel allemaal fries suikerbrood maken! 1,5 deciliter melk. 10 gram suiker/kaneel mix.

Here is how I do it. Take the rack of spare ribs and remove the membrane on the bone side. Separate all the ribs and cut up the rib tips into nice size two inch chunks. I rub them down with my salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powders. Give them a healthy coat of regular mustard. Fry them until they get a nice golden brown.
