Just a few distances from Freestone Backpackers to a couple of destinations:. 149km - 2hrs (but make sure you allow all day! 159km - 1.45hrs. 150km - 1.30hrs (but add 45mins if you go via the Southern Scenic and coast). To the walking tracks we are:. Routeburn Track (Divide carpark end). Accessed by boat from:. Lake Hauroko (45min by car). It’s easy to find us if you are traveling by car. If you're coming from Invercargill why not take the Southern Scenic Route? Both going between Te Anau and Invercargill.

Nouvelle Caledonie - Nouvelle Zelande 2011. Lundi 31 octobre 2011. Rien de nouveau dans lhémisphère Sud. Toujours à Queenstown pour une deuxième journée. Une petite heure de voiture pour aller à Glenorchy, la village n'a rien d'extra-ordinaire, si ce n'est qu'on dirait que le temps s'est arrêté et qu'ils ne sont pas rentrés dans le 21ème siècle. La route pour y aller est très belle, on longe le lac qui borde Queenstown pour aller à son extrémité. Re petite balade dans Queenstown. Dimanche 30 octobre 2011.
