Ministry, Recovery and Even the Boring Stuff! Wednesday, August 06, 2008. Normal.Friday was "Normal". I have to admit that while Rob was on vacation I didn't do a whole lot of pondering about anything we have been talking about. Not sure how much of it was a conscience decision to put all that aside while he was in Mexico. Before he left I sent him a couple emails and that was it until the "highlight" email I sent him on Sunday. And no one cared that I had a churro and a few cookies later! Karen's (she's...

I have felt compelled lately to watch what is going on in the world and to rely on Jesus as a strong tower through difficult seasons. . Here is a link to a post that brother-in-law Will. Wrote back on February 18 of this year. I just thought it might be a comfort to know that God knows the future and provides a place of safety and rest for His children. God is good. The epitome of cool AND dorky all at the same time! Tuesday, March 24, 2009. How tired are you? This is how tired I am. I was just reading a new release I wrote and came across the word typed "is". I sat there for what seemed like 5 minutes trying to figure out what I had been trying to say and why on earth I'd use the word (if it even IS a word) I's.and why I didn't capitalize the I in the word. Then it finally dawned on me.it was simply the word "is". ha Wow.need more sleep. Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
