Eat Good Food * Laugh Every Day * Live Every Moment. 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced. 1 carrot, peeled and chopped. 1 tomato, chopped. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 2 avocados, diced. 4 green onions, chopped. 2 Tbls Gourmet Cupboard Dill Dip Mix. 2 Tbls balsamic vinegar. 1 In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. 2 Serve immediately or chill no longer than 30 minutes.*. If chilled longer, the cucumber will soak up the dark color of balsamic vinegar. I am loud, fun, wild and crazy!

Thursday, September 25, 2008. On the bright side, I did get a trip to San Antonio out of the deal, got some face-to-face interviewing experience, and have a clearer picture of my strengths and weaknesses. Plus, I had three good interviews for other jobs. One is local, the other two are in San Diego and Pasadena. I would have greatly enjoyed San Antonio, but San Diego . wow! Tuesday, September 23, 2008. No more e-life tonight. 2) I get to work from the in-laws' all day tomorrow, which is always such a joy.
