Http:/ www.friendsofdpp.org/. 必須得先承認，當初作這個工具網站的出發點，其實並不是為了給大家看的。而是，「我 自己想看懂服貿」。 網路上有很多懶人包，試著以服貿所會帶來的影響作歸納論述。但這些懶人包看了老半天 ，往往上面只說了會影響很大，但實際上還是很難感同身受到底發生了什麼事。 網路上的爭論原先膠著於「逐條審查」，. 還是「打包全數退回」。我們究竟是「反黑箱」 還是「反服貿」？ 我們當然「反黑箱」。 但「逐條審查」究竟有沒有意義。是一個「可以討論的點」。 網路上也蠻多人在爭議。這 也是讓我想認真下去研究的起點。 我是一個很懶的人，要耐心讀完幾十頁條文我真的沒什 麼興趣。 服貿本身「主文」是一個「四平八穩」「根本沒說任何重點」的架構。(原文下載)。 審查每一條「主文」都是沒有任何意義的。因為每一條主文都是「一個貿易架構下合理的 要求」。 真正有影響的是「附件」，附件列出了「開放的產業」以及「開放的合作投資形式」。 閱讀 附件 也是讓人很頭大的一個事情。 原因是「附件」用了一個非常爛的表格架構，企 圖以這幾種手法：. 12300;與 XXX 標準相同」.
