Bull; What’s on. The collection of books was brought together in the early 19th century by the Dundee merchant and music collector, Andrew Wighton. After his death, the books were given to the city of Dundee. For many years it was kept in the City Library. A few years back, the Wighton Centre was built in the library, as a specially constructed study and performance centre. The harpsichord was acquired for the centre. Sally Garden was the Historical Musician in Residence. Website by Simon Chadwick.

Friends of Wighton: database

http://friendsofwighton.com/database.htm

Bull; What’s on. The Wighton Database is a pretty comprehensive index of al the books in the collection, most of them with complete lists of the titles of tunes in the books. The old database is broken. There are plans to place it on Dundee Council servers and to expand it, but this work has not been completed yet. In the meantime you can use this temporary online searchable version of the database made by John Bagnall:. Website by Simon Chadwick.

Friends of Whole Grains

Friday, August 15, 2008. Kathleen N. asked if we could give her a good recipe for whole grain pizza dough. Here's an even easier idea: make home-made pizzas using whole grain pita for crust. Just stick the pita on a cookie sheet or perforated pizza tray (even better), add tomato sauce, cheese, veggies, and anything else you like, then bake at 350° F for about 15-20 minutes. Click here to see the full recipe. Whole Grains Council / Cindy. Links to this post. Sunday, August 10, 2008. Links to this post.

That, my friends, is the definition of good. October 20, 2011 · 1:00 pm. I’ve never seen him get one of those before! August 30, 2011 · 3:58 am. Where did the time go? 4 E&#8217...
