Still “maintenance” mode… looking forward to losing again in the fall. I’m going to start taking a “Groove fit” dance class and it looks FREAKING AWESOME! I’m excited for it. So I’m kind of at a cross roads. Who KNOWS where this next year will take me! We leave early early Saturday morning. Bella- enjoying life being the #14 Rough Collie in Canada ;) lol!

Monday, May 21, 2012. So this week I lost 4.6 lbs! That brings my weight loss to 106.8 lbs! That's actually a new low for me. I feel good, I am on track and excited. Looking ahead, I have a good 2-3 weeks with little or no speedbumps. I plan on really sticking to it and seeing what I can do! I wish that I had found time to exercise more last week. Sunday, April 22, 2012. Rode a bike today for the first time in 25 years! Sunday, April 01, 2012. So it's weigh in day (for the blog anyway.) and I weigh 261.8. That's a 4 lb loss for the month of March. On one hand I am thrilled. That's 4 lbs of fat that is no longer on my body. A 4 lbs loss is definitely moving in the right direction. What Zoloft has done for me…. Taken the panic and anxiety out of every day life. Made all the little things little and not BIG any more… no more sweating the small stuff.
