Food on the Offense: October 2008
http://foodontheoffense.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Food on the Offense. Sunday, October 26, 2008. I don't have a picture. Chili pretty much isn't the best looking dish but it is packed with so many flavours. I first browned local sirloin beef and local ground beef in a stew pot with some olive oil. I did this browning in several stages to make sure all the meat had a secure spot to some hot metal. Simmered this with a couple bay leaves for quite awhile and then added dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and sugar. Trisha made some bread. Friday, October 10, 2008.

Drinking, eating, and looking around in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Tuesday, October 14, 2014. In light of certain people's actions, and considering the general nature of comment sections on blogs and media sites, I have decided to implement a comment policy here.
