Sunday, December 28, 2014. The Sacrifice of Being a Mother. Lately, I've been feeling discouraged. My kids are pulling everything from me and I'm having a hard time with it. All I do, is for them, and very little is for me. I'm not reading, blogging or sewing. I'm not painting or decorating. I barely even have time to unpack. They need my constant attention and it is draining. Why did I decide to have children so quickly and so close together? Why do I stay home with them? Why is being a mom so so hard?

Monday, January 16, 2012. Veg Kheema (Made from Soya). 189; tsp cumin seeds. 189; tsp turmeric powder (haldi). 189; tsp red chilli powder. 189; tsp coriander powder. 188; tsp garam masala. Finely chop the following. Garlic (3-4 cloves) chopped. 2 Green chillies chopped. Now the main ingredient - Soy chunks. In a microwavable pot, take water, add salt and soy chunks. Cook for 2 mins in mircowave, take it out and let the soy chunks soak. Drain the excess water,. Heat oil in a pan. Add the ground soy chunks.
