It is just about the perfect balance of beach and water right now. The Coves are still in great shape with plenty of water. The Sand Bar at Northampton is exposed.

Thursday, March 5, 2015. March 5th, 2015. The Lake has settled down quite a bit since last Sunday! There are still pockets of slush but there is not slush everywhere. The cold weather tonight should harden it up and the slushy spots should freeze. Still, stick to the trails as the virgin snow may be difficult to navigate.
