Did You Know: The Clarkson Hockey program has amassed 10,001 goals since the 1920-21 season? Monday, August 28, 2006. That's right. Today is the first day of classes at Clarkson College of Technology, which can only mean one thing, hockey season is just one month away. As the women will open the season at Cheel on September 29th, with the men following just a week later. It's amazing how quickly time flys when your baseball team starts tanking the season! Last week, University of North Dakota announced that defenseman Kelsey Fletcher has joined the Sioux squad after her Freshman season at Clarkson. In addition, Aaron Dell is coming back for his junior season. This is good. We need to hear from the likes of Gregoire, Hextall, and Kristo, but so far so good. NCAA Still Has Sour Grapes. In some good news for the Sioux this offseason, Chay Genoway has decided to return for his senior season, taking the medical hardship waver and coming back for now his 5th year.
