November 2009: Started doing serious research. February 14, 2010: Applied to AWAA. March 1: Accepted by AWAA into the Ethiopia program! Filled out Grievance Agreement, Privacy Agreement, AWAA agreement, and sent our first program fee installment. March 4: Started 8 hour Hague training. March 5: Heard from our Family Coordinator Caitlin. Let the paperwork begin! March 30: Haque training complete! April 8: George and Shannon's physicals complete and approved by Caitlin. May 10: First Home Study visit.
