SUP surfing 6 days before the trip toenail half ripped off the rest surgically removed by doctor. It will be a challenge to get this foot into a ski boot and then to actually ski. We had another great day’s skiing and took advantage of the fine weather to go for a stroll around the ski resort this afternoon. Walking was really hazardous after the recent snow had turned to ice on the footpaths. We woke to a fresh layer of snow and hit the slopes early. Got season lift tickets and this works out at about $35 per day for our skiing (compared to over $100 per day in Australia).
