Thursday, September 29, 2011. Sea to Sea Sept 22. We lined up for the ferry at the assigned time - too early, as it turned out! But before that we managed to race to a garage which treats rust - hooray! Ferry nest to ours, of similar design. En route, trucks chained down to hold in place. Friday, February 11, 2011. We're on the home stretch now - five more days, two more in Bangalore and three in Delhi. Not even really wrung out. We decided they had forgotten it and started actually washing it about 10:00! We spent the afternoon seeking the Bank where Richards father had last worked,. Friday, October 7, 2011. Sea to Sea Icebergs etc NL. Reluctant to leave the barrens of L'Anse aux Meadows, we took a long trail along the cliffs and round back to the parking lot. A bit windy and a bit chilly, but invigorating :-). Norris Point had been mentioned to us as a spot not to miss, so we detoured on the way back down the coast and parked for the night at the lookout.
