About the Heads of the Valleys SAC. The Heads of the Valley Sub Aqua Club is branch No. 0263 of the. British Sub Aqua Club. Both these boats are fitted with VHF radios, satellite navigation, echo sounders and other first aid and safety equipment. In addition to that the club owns several sets of Oxygen equipment.
