Unique photography from the Houston area and beyond. Corvette Sunset →. The Aero L-39 Albatros. June 12, 2015. Half the reason I enjoy going to the Aeros and Autos show at Ellington Field in Houston, are the airplanes of course. My only complaint is that I wish there were more of them; plenty of awesome cars, just add a few more airplanes, please. The Aero L-39 Albatros. This 1986 Aero L-39ZA Albatros is a great example and looks like it would be a blast to fly. 1940 Air Terminal Museum. At a recent car ...

Unique photography from the Houston area and beyond. The Aero L-39 Albatros →. June 10, 2015. At a recent car show with my friend Wayne Brumley. The weather was turning sour and the attendance was low. On top of that, the few folks that were there seemed to be milling about in front of only the cars I wanted to shoot. So I decided to look at pieces or sections of the whole (basically shoot areas were the people weren’t) and saw this color match. You just can’t go wrong with a hot rod painted red.

Unique photography from the Houston area and beyond. March 12, 2015. I guess this is a good thing. A die-hard, business person would look at this and see an empty office complex. They might think that business is going undone and profits are being lost. What a waste. That business person should be smiling now. Click to email this to a friend (Opens in new window). Unique photography from the Houston area and beyond. May 1, 2015. Mission Concepcion, in San Antonio, Texas, looks pretty much as it did in the mid-1700s. It is still in use for worship today, which makes it all that more special. Though it may not be as large or elaborate as newer churches, the feeling of holiness still prevails in this traditional setting. Click to email this to a friend (Opens in new window). Unique photography from the Houston area and beyond. May 28, 2015. Some flowers are soft and some flowers are bold. I enjoy shooting flowers and it never grows old. Okay, I’m sorry about the campy poetry. Now you know why I’m not a writer. I do find it fun to shoot floral close-ups though that bring out the detail of these pretty subjects.
