Our Life in Singapore. Friday, February 26, 2010. Durian eating deserves a post of its own! Durian.you've seen it on the blog before. You've seen pictures of signs banning durian on the MRT. You've seen unhappy faces after we accidentally ate durian flavored ice cream. What you. Seen is anyone eating durian.but now, you'll get to see just that! http://mandkfaraway.blogspot.com/2010/10/hello-ha-noi.html
Our Life in Singapore. Thursday, October 28, 2010. It just so happens that Ha Noi was celebrating its 1,000 year anniversary during the time that we chose to go so the place was PACKED! OK, so day 1. We arrived in the afternoon and decided to do a quick over view of the city. We didn't want to see TOO much because we'd hired a guide to show us around the next morning. Our first walk down the street outside of our hotel. Motorcycles everywhere.just like in Ho Chi Minh City. Ha Noi, Day 2.

Our Life in Singapore: August 2010
http://mandkfaraway.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Our Life in Singapore. Sunday, August 29, 2010. If you've been reading the blog for a little while then you know that back in April we traveled to Vietnam. And met my dad's family for the very first time. The family members included my cousins, Hung and Ngan. They were both so sweet and we knew right away that we wanted to be sure. They visited us here a few weeks ago and we spent 3 fun-filled days getting to know more about them. It's so great to have "new" family members! Strolling along Orchard Road.

Our Life in Singapore. Saturday, October 30, 2010. Ha Noi, Day 2. The lucky gal passed right out and slept the whole night through :). Needless to say, I was sort of in a haze for all of day 2 and only half aware of what was going on around me. Still, I managed to capture a few good shots which is all that really matters, right? The large statue is Ly Thai To. Look him up if you want to know more :) There was a show going on on this stage in celebration of 1000 years of Ha Noi. Thursday, October 28, 2010.

Our Life in Singapore: March 2010
http://mandkfaraway.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Our Life in Singapore. Monday, March 29, 2010. A Day Worth Documenting. Something BIG happened two weeks ago. Something absolutely monumental. Something that shocked me as much as the day Matt proposed or the day I found out we were moving to the other side of the world. OK, I'm not talking ramen noodles here. I'm talking all out, chef-style cooking. He chopped. He sauteed. He seasoned. And me? Enter Chef Curtis Stone, a frequent guest on NBC's "The Biggest Loser" who teaches the contestants how to cook ...

Our Life in Singapore. Monday, September 27, 2010. Our third day in China also happened to be my birthday :) . and a nice birthday gift would have been the opportunity to sleep in, but our jam packed schedule didn't allow that! Instead, I found myself up at 6 am and headed to the Temple of Heaven Park. Why so early? Well, we wanted to be sure and catch people doing taichi! Turns out, we got to see people doing all. Of excercise in the park. We saw a bit of line dancing. A bit of yoga? Let's just say we w...

Our Life in Singapore. Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Visiting Home: Fun with Friends!
