The underlying picture still looks the same. Stocks have rallied back up but there are so many persistent divergences that aren’t supportive. Here breadth, strength and bullish percent all look like the last gasps in 2011. The Nasdaq has outperformed the other indices to make new highs with the rally back up, but breadth is flagging a clear warning.
