Thursday, October 24, 2013. May was a big month for Ellie! She learned to pump on the swings and ride her bike without training wheels! Wow, she is growing up so fast! Posted by The Spillyards. Our Last First Day of School in Kentucky. On the last day of school, when she turns on the final siren, all the teachers join in with bells, sirens, any kind of noisemakers, and all the cars honk as they drive away. What a fun way to end the school year! First day of first and second grade and preschool. Posted by...

Thursday, October 24, 2013. Our Last First Day of School in Kentucky. First day of second grade, third grade, and preschool (Ellie is waiting to start kindergarten in Memphis because of the age cut-off). The Lexington School has been an amazing school for our girls and will truly be one of the hardest things to leave when we move back to Memphis. Megan and Emma are doing fabulous there and often ask if we can stay just one more year? First day of first and second grade and preschool. 4 years ago today.

Miller's Fresh New Do. Things started innocently enough. My angel-baby looked raggedy and needed his first official hair cut. Look at that little mop of white hair! He started off brave.enjoying all that the overpriced kids salon had to offer. Cool firetruck that made a few noises.a movie on his own personal TV, which I'm not sure he ever even glanced at. But I was thinking we were on the right track. Then he realized some random stranger was messing with his head. It wasn't as enjoyable as he thought.

Oh how I have longed to see this day. I didn't do all that much with ballet growing up, but my sweet Tutti Frutti in a tutu is something that I've been dieing to see, for some reason. Probably because it is ridiculously cute. Emma has been in ballet for a few weeks now and she absolutely LOVES it! This obsession falls right in line with her love of princesses so I suppose we should've expected it. What a precious little ballerina. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Highlands Ranch, CO. Mom came to visit and we took the kids to the Denver Firefighters Museum one morning when we were getting stir crazy. I have to say it was really cool! It was an old fire station that's been converted into a museum. Lots of interesting history, but the best part was the hands-on kids section. They had a real fire truck and all the gear for kids to play with. Ryan could have stayed there for hours and hours. Chief Ryan reporting for duty! Even Miller got into the action. The doc encouraged us to add cerea...
