Paine cu cartofi ardeleneasca. 400 g cartofi răzuiţi(cruzi)- preferabil, cartofi pt. piure, făinoşi. 100 ml apă fiartă. 10 g drojdie uscată. 1 lingură rasă de sare, sau mai mult, dupa gust. Se coace la foc mai iute 20 de minute pe şina din mijloc şi după aceea se lasă pe ultima şina, cea de jos, şi se coace vreo 30 minute la foc mic, 200 grade. Friday, March 2, 2007. 500g carne tocata amestec(vita porc). 1 ceapa uscata sau o legatura ceapa verde. 1/2 legatura patrunjel si 1/2 legatura marar. Condimente: sare, piper, cimbru, etc. 1 felie paine(mai veche). 5-6 cartofi potriviti fierti in coaja. Sare, piper alb.

Sau cum ii spun americanii "No Need To Knead Bread", e o reteta f.f.f. usoara doar ca necesita o oarecare planificare a timpului, deoarece dospitul dureaza ,intre 14 si 30 de ore. 450 gr faina(orice fel, nu e nevoie de faina speciala). 1/4 lingurita de drojdie uscata. 1 1/4 lingurita de sare. 360 ml de apa.
