Control systems - you wouldn't try to fly an aeroplane without the benefit of a full set of control systems at your disposal and with a full set of instruments to indicate your heading, altitude and the performance of the aircraft systems, all backed by a sound communications system and operating protocols and with only a vague notion of a flight plan .would you? To specification, and. Some of what you'll learn will sound bluff, deterministic and inflexible. There is a simple reason for that - it works.

watching geordie life: Home for Christmas
http://watchinggeordielife.blogspot.com/2011/11/home-for-christmas.html
Friday, 11 November 2011. By the very lovely Cally Taylor. I loved her first book, Heaven can Wait. And can't wait to read this one. although it may be a while before I finish it! Cally asked to hear what we want for Christmas. Well, nearly two years ago now, I lost a baby. And it was horrible. And that year, Christmas was awful. Last year, Christmas was better. But still hard. But I had a baby at the end of June. And I love him to pieces. And although it's going to be messy, we're really excited :).

http://watchinggeordielife.blogspot.com/2012/03/one-of-reasons-i-love-living-here.html
Thursday, 22 March 2012. One of the reasons I love living here. The other day, my total expenditure for the day was £6.20. One baked potato with egg mayo and salad. And one can of pop. I'm guessing that in many places daaahn South you'd pay at least twice that for all that, no? Of course there are a fair few places in and around Newcastle where you'd also pay at least £20 for those three things. It's just nice to have the option, eh? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). watching geordie life: October 2011
http://watchinggeordielife.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, 9 October 2011. This is probably going to sound a bit (.OK, more than a bit) sad. But one of the little things I always liked about living round here is the number plates. Oh god, everyone's going to stop reading at that, aren't they? Oh well. Keep on writing Beth! You remember before they changed in 2000, the location of registration was marked by the two letters at the end? As time passes, there are fewer of these cars around, so seeing one makes me happier. Yes Salt. That formula? Starbucks on...

watching geordie life: Casual bus racism
http://watchinggeordielife.blogspot.com/2011/11/casual-bus-racism.html
Friday, 25 November 2011. I was on the bus to the coast earlier this week when a man got on and sat behind J and I. He was in his 60s and seemed enamoured with J, chatting to me about him and saying what a gorgeous baby he is. Have lots more,' he said, and I nodded and smiled, thinking that it was nice this man thought that kids were such a blessing. I was so horrified I didn't know what to say. On the spur of the minute I couldn't even think what to say to even hint. I'd love to know if these attitudes ...
