.: Impressions of Afghanistan
http://spiritofamericablog.blogspot.com/2009/05/impressions-of-afghanistan.html
Friday, May 8, 2009. I would venture to guess that the first thing a typical American realizes when flying over southern Afghanistan is that he/she is a long, long way from home. There are no signs of civilization below, other than occasional mud-brick evidence of a village or a few haphazardly organized green pastures that follow rivers and streams. Gone is the geometry and concrete permanance of life as we generally know it. Posted by dennis norris. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Gazing at the Flag.

Salt and Light Blog. Bringing political and moral clarity into the fog of political correctness! The Sin of Offense. One of the very first lessons my pastor Dr. Dennis Brunet taught me was the sin of offense. I remember it like it was yesterday even though it was fourteen years ago. Someone close to me had hurt me, however that person had not actually hurt be directly. It was their behavior in a relationship other than ours that caused my hurt. Woe to the world because of offenses! Should cause us to pra...
