Am vergangenen Freitag war es wieder einmal soweit und ein Besuch am Paléo Festival. An und stärkten uns anschliessend mit Poulet und Fisch zum Nachtessen. Weiter ging es mit der speziellen Mischung aus traditioneller und moderner Musik mit typisch mongolischem Kehlkopfgesang der Gruppe Yat-Kha. Aus der Republik Tuwa. Und dem Konzert von Faithless.

Previous years have seen me scuttling around the city doing as many as 11 events, and then having to sit out the rest of the weekend, so this year I opted for a more sensible approach. First port of call was the Little Museum of Dublin. After a short break for food in Gourmet Burger Kitchen. We joined a tour of Powerscourt Townhouse. So I'm going to try and get a posse together. A member of our party wanted to see the New Art Studio.

Second Day in Ireland. Once out of the airport, we drove to Glendalough. A 6th century medieval monastery. We saw some local wildlife on the walk to the actual monastic settlement:. This deer was not at all afraid of the people around it, but did eventually run away when a group of children kept almost poking it. The actual monastery was fun to walk around in, with lots of colorful lichen and attractive ruins. I was likin' the lichen. Here Amelia is walking clockwise on top of the Caher. The Chi Rho page...
