A journey to get healthy and hopefully lose 85 lbs (38.5 kg). Week 2: Still losing but…. Week 4, on lchf →. Week 3 – Hum! January 30, 2014. I don’t know… for three days (four with today Thursday) I’ve stayed at 195 lbs. So what, have I hit a plateau? What am I doing wrong? I eat: scrambled eggs in the morning. chicken, meat, or fish cooked in butter with a mayo-dip, together with lettuce, green pepper, and some tomatoes for lunch and dinner. Help! What can I change? 8230;but it’s hard. Week 4, on lchf.

Well this week has not been the most fun, although I did have my scheduled cheat day (last day of the month) that was wonderful. Have been craving everything I can’t have so it came as a nice break, but I’m not sure how much it wrecked my LCHF.
