Uppsala Möte |

This weekend I stayed at home in Uppsala and competed in some local races on Lunsen. Before this weekend I had not run on Lunsen, but it was a map that I was really looking forward to running on. It has been considered in the 101 maps you should run on before you die, so I was very interested to see how the terrain and map compared to others that I have experienced. So after running on Lunsen, more so today than yesterday, I really like the terrain! Next weekend is Tiomila. April 27, 2014. For the most p...

Its Only the Beginning |

Its Only the Beginning. Well it has been 5 weeks since I arrived back to Uppsala after the training camp in Croatia and Slovenia. It has been a stable period of training and working, with two significant highlights being victories in Måsentafetten and Kolmårdskavlen with Ok Linné. These relays are pretty insignificant in the scheme of things, but despite this, there is significant excitement and energy surrounding them. Måsen Champions (photo by Mats Troeng). Summer Time |

Getting the priorities right. Overall the training camp was a huge success, and both Albin and I were constantly amazed by the #PerfectFlow, which we seemed to experience. In the end we had climbed 11,000 metres in 14 days, a significant increase from our climbing load in Uppsala. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! December 24, 2014. The Calm Before The Storm. 8220;A moment of pain, is worth a life time of glory”. Looking back, the past few weeks have been very stable. By minimising the travelling, and only competing a few times I have been able to secure some very good hours of training which I have put into the bank. Below is a look at a few of the highlights, including my first SM Natt. My first Swedish Night Championships, and so a start time of 10:30pm! Siggefora, Uppsala Möte Lång. April 27, 2015.
