Monday, May 3, 2010. G is for guitar. For my 7 th. Birthday, my parents. Got me a guitar. At first I wasn't very interested. As most 7 year old. Are when they have been placed with some kind of instrument that they haven't. Ever gave a second thought about before. But my Dad, seemed to be able to look into the future, and saw how much I much I enjoy playing the guitar 5 years from then. And then, after a lot of persuading. As soon as we got in our boat, we headed off to a warm, quiet pond, where we floated around for a few minutes, chatting with the boat driver. All of a sudden, he stopped talking, and pointed to something in the water. When we peered down, we saw a sort of grey and tan animal, and lots of bubbles. Apparently the animal had been a manatee! Eventually it got bored and flew off (but not before a photo shoot of course! It was 9 feet long!
