Geosimulation: Automata-based modeling of urban phenomena

It is an exciting time to work. In the field of Geosimulation! We consider the city as a complex dynamic human-driven system, composed of many interacting objects. We consider urban objects as directly representing humans and infrastructure elements. We treat urban objects as automata and use geographic theory to define their behavior. We simulate cities based on principles of Geographic Information Science and Object-Oriented Programming.
