Pork Tenderloin with Chestnuts (Lombo de porco com castanhas). 400g of pork tenderloin into cubes. 1 tablespoon powdered cumin. 4 cloves of garlic (crushed and peeled). 0,5dl of white wine. 5 tablespoon of olive oil. 400g of frozen chestnuts. 2 to 3 pieces of thyme. Season the beef cubes with salt, pepper and cumin. Add the garlic and bay leaf and sprinkle with white wine. Reserve for 2 hours. Cover and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
