When in doubt…push forward. Rambles/mumbles and opinions…. Paras’10 preparation week 15-16. What is it with injuries that make them suck so badly. After every training session the last two. Weeks every little pain or discomfort ended in second-guessing myself. Was I pushing too hard, too much, too long.too soon etc etc. Up ’till the point where I said to myself, bollocks to this…just go ahead and see where I can take it….
