I know it's soon and it's probably just water weight, or the fact that I slept in really late, but I lost 5 pounds! I'm pretty ecstatic. ;0) My goal, if I didn't say before, is 50 pounds. Nothing Tastes As Good As Thin Looks. Monday, January 5, 2009. I did my first workout of the New Year. YAY! I actually got up at 4:00am and got ready to go to the gym. It was 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and eliptical. I did about 20 minutes of lower body strenght training. Tomorrow is going to be 20 minutes of cardio and abs. I'm excited.
