I need big time help! Ok, guys, I need your help big time! Jeremy and I booked our honeymoon vacation last night. We are going on a cruise to Alaska in two months! I am obviously not going to be as thin as I wanted to be to go on a cruise, but I would be happy to lose 20-30 pounds. Is this doable? I have had a really hard time getting motivated in the last couple weeks. I haven’t been exercising at all, and I haven’t been eating that great either. Help! Post a new comment. I have not excatly exercised since i was in school.i tried some sit-ups eariler today.i was barely even doing them the correct way.ohh what fun this is going to be for me.maybe i'll try runnung up and down the stair case for a while instead.and work on other ab workouts.LOL. Well, I have not been doing well on the whole diet thing. what a shocker! We hadn't gone to the grovery store yet, so we went out to dinner and lunch yesterday. And then out again today after church. We usually don't eat out that much at all, so this wasn't normal. I ate naughty, didn't drink very much water, the whole deal. I guess I will get back on the wagon tomorrow. How did everyone else do? For the first time in a while.i actually feel pretty good about myself today.I wish i felt like this more every single day. I've decide that starting tomorrow.i'am going to get back on my feet and start fresh with eating better and exceriseing.taking it one day at a time. My main goal from the beginning is to lose between 40-50 ibs.but for right now i'am going to settle with 10ibs.If i can loose that within' a month or two.i'am definitly doing good and are on my way.
