Saturday, April 23, 2011. Day 21: A Recipe. Steak and Mango Salad. My Mom made this at my Sister's baby shower and it was amazing! 1 head romaine or red-leaf lettuce. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 2 mangoes, sliced. 1 large, or 2 small avocados. 1/2 C roughly chopped cilantro. 1/2 C caramelized macadamia nuts. 1/2 C fresh squeezed orange juice. 6 T fresh lime juice. 6 T soy sauce. 1/2 C brown sugar. 1 1/2 T fresh grated ginger. 4 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced. 1/4 C olive oil. 1/2 C canola oil.

It's a classy-casual dining atmosphere with anything from breakfast, lunch, dinner, fresh-made pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, and treats! Gourmandise is a full-service, family-owned restaurant and bakery that has been around for over 20 years. When you walk into the bakery it reminds you of a visit to a busting, lively European bakery and cafe. Thursday, April 8, 2010. 1 Cup of Milk.

Well, for us.we actually moved closer to some of our family, farther from others. Not totally win-win.) We moved the family to Utah and so far we love it. Our Adventures Down Under. Sunday, February 13, 2011. Braden has loved snorkeling around the beaches, which has peaked his interest in scuba diving. However, he is not quite old enough to get certified, something he reminds of his irritation often! My kids love to play in the cemetery. They look for lizards and bugs, they play Hide-n-Seek, and Tip (how the Aussie's say Tag). It's a bit creepy to me, but they sure have fun!
