Thursday, September 15, 2011. 2009年，终于决定从非常熟悉的工作环境，转换跑道去到一个从来没有想过的新工作。 也许很多朋友都很惊讶甚至反对我的决定。但我从来没有对人说， 为何我会有这样的大决定。我不敢说是因为那晚的事情激怒了我、我不敢说是因为我想要做些什么来看会有改变吗。我绝对不是伟大，而是有那么一点点的不服。 于是， 我去到了那里。 从第一个星期的检讨印刷及出版法令的文告到最后无数次的废除内安法令的文告，同样的文告写了又写，都已经忘了多少篇了，但是上司还是每逢爆发内安法令课题，都必须不厌其烦的一直写， 一直强调要参考外国的作法：以反恐法令取代内安法令，绝对不允许未经审讯扣留人民(看， 我都会背了！)。 后来，再因工作的关系，旁观了公司与律师公会的针对内安法令的交流会和研讨会，甚至听来一名国际警察对内安法令的看法，才明白内安法令涉及和牵涉到范围，也知道从不同的角度，如律师与警方的角度，对内安法令的看法是截然不同。 我是相信执政者制定这新法令的动机是善意的， 我只是对执行者非常没有信心。 结果， 我又回来了。也没有去期望什么了。 Saturday, July 25, 2009.
