My current favorite lunch choice is the Uptown Salad - all natural grilled chicken, grapes, apples, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, red onion, and blue cheese - with balsamic vinaigrette. Delicious! And because I'm eating a healthy salad, I don't feel at all bad about having one of their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are amazing - and addicting! Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. 1 cup Brown Sugar. 1-1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda.

Sunday, August 18, 2013. Have I mentioned that I like to cook? Yes, I'm sure I have. once or twice. One of the best, and maybe worst, things about cooking is leftovers. With a son just barely out of his teenage years, we don't always have leftovers. But when we do, the question is. what to do with them? The Way I See It. Apr 27, 2013. Last weekend was our first show of the season. It was a small, cut-down-the-costs, show-off-the-trailer, no ribbons kind of show. It was amazingly sunny out- and just as COLD! We spent the full day outside- due to some. Slow judges- and came home sunburned and windburned! The first show is always kind of tough. Both the ponies. I know how he felt. I used to have the same kind of temperament- type A all the way. I would get very upset if my ride wasn't perfect. Apr 22, 2013.

The Way I See It. Jul 4, 2013. Summer Daze, with side of rain. The summer is flying by. It's amazing how the weeks just disappear.This time last year, we were in Maine, enjoying a much cooler summer. It's been hot and rainy here in Pennsylvania. It rains almost every day. We had over 10 inches of rain in June, with the normal being 3! I'm sure both boys would benefit from lessons. The Way I See It. Feb 23, 2013. That's exactly how I feel. I found out this week, from three different brokers, that we cannot qualify for a mortgage! To say I'm shocked would be an understatement. We have owned two homes. We have sold both. We were never late on a payment, our mortgage wasn't underwater, we didn't default.
